We have powerful training sessions in yoga every morning to prepare us for our day with a clear and balanced mind, free of stagnancies and tensions.

Our nightly fitness classes are exciting, fun, super dynamic and diverse, and very effective.

While our body is resting, we take the time to tune our brains, in this powerful workshop series.

These powerful workshops outline our step-by-step approach to help you live your dream life.

On the final day, we'll make sure you have all the tools to make your fitness a success, without any complicated equipment.

  • Identify your unique talents & abilities

    We all have a unique purpose in life and acknowledging the passions we have and abilities we've been blessed with are key to unlocking yours!

    You are uniquely you, made up of a rare combination of skills, talents and abilities that no one else has access to. There's no point trying to fit in to someone else's idea of a dream life. Uncovering these unique gems within yourself and realizing their true worth is the starting point to building your successful life path.

    In this 2 hour workshop we'll use a combination of self reflection and group exercises to help you pinpoint where your unique abilities lie and realise how valuable they really are!

  • Design a life of joy & purpose

    In this workshop, you will go through the same life-changing exercise that brought Skye to Thailand, and still guides him today! This priceless exercise has helped thousands of people like you to get clear on what brings them joy, and guides to a life-path that brings meaningful purpose.

    If you are experiencing burn-out, not enjoying the work you do, feel the need to regroup in your business, lost track of your meaning, or are still searching for your direction, this workshop will help you find your flow state, and move towards purpose, passion, and positive action!

    In this 5-step, guided writing process, we will help you illuminate your passions, point you to your dharma, motivate you to do something that makes you excited, and show you the fastest path to become confident in doing what you love.

  • Develop an Abundant mind

    With an abundant mind, you can avoid the loop of tireless work, and step into limitless abundance.

    Once you’ve designed your life path to align to your higher purpose, an abundant mindset will help you find your financial flow, and enable you to help more people.

    In part 1 of this workshop you’ll learn all about the energetics of money. We’ll discuss how to cultivate a healthy relationship with money, both spending and receiving.

    We will work together to identify what your money story is and what’s been blocking you from calling in more financial ease and abundance.

    Once you’ve gained insight into your money blocks, we’ll use the emotional freedom technique (EFT) along with specific affirmations to shift you into a state of financial prosperity.

    In the second half of this workshop we’ll get a chance to feel the state of abundance using the powerful practice of kundalini yoga.

    In this workshop we will dive deep to uncover the root cause of some of your most self sabotaging beliefs and use a somatic breathwork practice to release these emotional codes & programs from the body and nervous system, realigning you with a state of limitless possibility.

    You’ll learn how to identify these limiting thought patterns when they arise as well as tools and techniques to shift and reprogram the mind to choose empowering thoughts and beliefs.

  • Co-craft your dream life in group Mastermind

    Isn’t it exhausting doing everything alone and unsupported? Human-connection is one of the most powerful resources of the universe.

    In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll learn how to run a peer-mastermind, breaking into groups and supporting each other to grow our business, overcome milestones, and retune our vision.

    Everybody will have a chance to get the full focus, attention, and energy of their peers in the “mastermind hotseat” to address all of their goals, success, failures, and obstacles.

    An unbalanced mind and body can lead to self-defeating habits that ultimately lead to burnout, poor choices, and weak direction.

    Learn the techniques to guide yourself through a daily practice, including yogic principles and philosophies to align you towards your highest-self.

    Develop tools to balance the mind, body, and energy systems with a basic meditation practice, powerful breathwork techniques like "Breath of Fire" and "Alternate Nostril Breathing" and cleansing techniques like "Nauli Kriya".

  • Develop strength and confidence in daily fitness practice

    Do you want to have a confident control of your body, enjoy movement and exercise, and learn how to exercise anywhere without any complicated equipment?

    Maybe you’re not comfortable or interested in flexing in a mirror and being "that guy" in the gym; but wouldn’t you like to know exactly what you’re doing, and be comfortable going to any gym, room, park, or anywhere, and know how to practice and move confidently?

    In this workshop you’ll learn a daily practice for yourself from where you are now, and how to modify as you improve to keep the challenge present and appropriate to your growth.

    Skye has been moving, playing, practicing, for a lifetime. He’s been training people like you since 2002. He’s owned, operated, and coached through his martial arts schools, personal training studios, bootcamp franchises, and now, The Tipi.

A daily yoga session is an invaluable practice for a balanced being.

Yoga is one of the best tools we’ve found for finding connection to source. Flow from head, to heart, as we align with our highest-self, and the divine.

Expand bliss in the body, ease the nervous system to allow for a still, receptive, and perceptive mind.

Through our physical flow, we prepare the body for successful breath work, and deep connection and inspiration.

Breathwork

These select ancient breathwork techniques will empower you, and center you. Bring life to stagnant energy, awareness to the unconscious, and balance the brain-hemispheres.

Breathwork is a fundamental cleansing and focusing tool. We are excited to share with you these few key techniques to master the mind through the breath.

Meditation

In meditation, we access the deep power that is beyond our simpler experience!

Still the mind and tune in to your true calling. Slow down and reconnect to your truest self. Release your thoughts and shift from head, to heart. Restore a state of balance and equilibrium to your thoughts. Listen closely and unlock the secrets to reaching your limitless potential.

10AM Light Refreshing Breakfast

After our morning yoga practice, we will nourish our bodies with a light & refreshing, plant-based breakfast. Each day we'll enjoy a nutritious selection of locally grown fruits, plant-based yoghurt, homemade nut butter, coffee, and coconut water.

We invite you to eat breakfast in silence, giving you the opportunity to tune in to the effects of the morning practice and use the time for self-reflection and connection to your unique path of purpose.

This light meal is the perfect fuel to provide us with energy of body and clarity of mind to sustain us through our first workshop of the day.

At The Tipi we appreciate fundamental strength development, and make a point to enable our students to be able to train and develop strength anywhere. We also like to stay open, mobile, fluid and playful!

We have an endless playbook of exercises to meet all abilities and levels, and help them navigate their limits, and expand beyond them!

FLOW AND MOVE

Playful movement means sustainable movement! You'll be excited and eager to come back for more, and curious what will unfold in the body. We combine elements of animal movement, capoeira, boxing footwork, and other martial arts and calisthenic / gymnastic style of practice, into some very creative and diverse classes.

To be diverse, we have to practice diverse. We value and invite more mobility, agility, playfulness, as well as strength.

PLAY AND EXPLORE

We incorporate partner games, and perspective-shifting exercises that'll have you laughing, sweating, and growing at the same time.

Through the connection, support, and guided-challenge of our peers, we help each other to grow and expand!

OPEN YOUR BODY

Like a mandala, mindful training is a process of skilfully breaking down the body, to build it back up. We want to feel good during the process, and replace weakness with strength, tension with ease, and stiffness with flow!

We end our classes with slow, systematic stretching and deep-release techniques using some props. You'll be impressed with your quick improvements, and flexibility gains. You'll also note the more comfortable recovery that comes with this well-designed and balanced approach to fitness.

6PM Dinner and Community

After fitness class, we break for shower, dinner, and personal time.

We understand some people have other things they might want to catch up on in the down-time, or may simply want to make different dinner plans.

Sharing meals is one of the best time for connecting, getting to know each other, and having casual conversation and personal connection. For those who want to get together, there are many amazing restaurants a short ride away.

We encourage you to leave time in the evening for journaling and reflection. After a productive and exciting day, you'll be ready to get some quality sleep.

Final Ceremony Day!

On our final day of the retreat together, we will head to the jungle, where you will instill your commitment to your path with refreshing water rituals and renewal at the waterfall.

We'll connect with nature, and enjoy our day and time together at the waterfall, with a vegetarian picnic.

To continue the renewal process, we jump into a cold ice-bath together back at Tipi HQ! We LOVE ice baths! An amazing way to cleanse, to strengthen the immune system, and bring alertness to the body and mind.

We finish our retreat with a traditional Native American style sweat lodge. Led by an indoctrinated shaman, this powerful voyage will bring us together, and through to our highest connected selves.

Finally we close around the fire at The Tipi for a renunciation process; letting go of all that doesn't serve us, and re-aligning to our highest path and purpose with the and fire rituals.

We offer up the highest benefit from the workshop to each other, and to all beings.

ABOUT SKYE

The Tipi is the brainchild of your head coach, Skye.

Skye has been coaching and training all types and levels of people since 2003. With a 3rd degree blackbelt in a mix of martial arts with a diverse practice including 17 years of yoga, and more than two decades of meditation, fitness and movement.

Skye brings discipline and focus mixed with play, connection, and exploration into a unique and fun class.

A lover of nature, and dogs, Skye is a highly motivated and passionate individual who can be found handstanding, coding, building, or hiding in corners playing guitar.

  • Where is The Tipi located?

    The Tipi is based in Sri Thanu, the spiritual centre of Koh Phangan, Thailand. Known for its “conscious community”, Koh Phangan is one of the best places in the world for you to focus on self-development, and grow together with like-minded people!

    Our address is: 19 Moo 5, Sri Thanu, Koh Phangan, Surat Thani, 84280.

  • How do I get to Koh Phangan?

    Koh Phangan is easily accessible by boat from Surat Thani, Koh Tao & Koh Samui. The closest airports are Koh Samui and Surat Thani, and many trains travel to Surat Thani from other parts of Thailand. You can check out the best options on 12go.asia

  • How do I get to The Tipi from the pier?

    When you arrive at Thong Sala pier there will be taxis waiting there to take you to your destination. You can get a taxi truck for around 300 baht or a moto taxi for 200 baht to bring you to Sri Thanu.

  • What’s Included in the price of the retreat?

    Your retreat cost is inclusive of all tuition, workshops, social events and yoga/fitness classes plus 2 x meals per day. You will also receive a free gift pack with some essentials to help you start your own fitness practices as soon as you finish the retreat.

  • Is Accommodation included?

    We know many of you already have accommodation on Koh Phangan so we priced our retreat excluding accommodation. If you’d like to stay on campus we have a limited amount of houses here so get in touch with us early if you’re interested in those.

    Otherwise, there are many affordable and luxurious accommodation options to choose from in the neighbourhood. If you would like any help finding accommodation, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.

  • Do you have a laundry service on site?

    We have coin operated washing machines at The Tipi which you can use for 30 baht per wash. You will need to provide your own detergent.

  • Where are my options for dinner?

    We are spoiled for choice with an abundance of delicious restaurants to choose from on Koh Phangan with something catering to all tastes and dietary requirements.

    Other than delicious local Thai restaurants, there are many vegan / vegetarian / organic options to choose from, as well as cuisines from all over the world. We can give you tips and let you know our favourites during the orientation.

  • How do I travel around Koh Phangan?

    Renting a scooter is the most convenient way to get around Koh Phangan and rental costs on average 150 baht per day or 2,500 per month. There are plenty of places to rent them from nearby, just get in touch with us if you need any help.

    If you’re not comfortable driving a scooter, you can also rent bicycles or walk to the many cafes, restaurants and venues in our village of Sri Thanu.

  • What can I do in my spare time?

    Koh Phangan has so many amazing activities to get involved with on your down time. The island has countless serene beaches, waterfalls & hiking trails if you want to connect to mother earth.

    If you’re staying on the island after the retreat, there are also many events happening within the conscious community such as ecstatic dance, group meditations, culinary workshops, dance/music events - anything you could want really!

  • When does the retreat start/end?

    The retreat starts at 4pm on Sunday, 27th December where we will gather to get to know each other and give you an orientation to The Tipi and an overview of the retreat.

    December 28th - 31st we will follow our retreat schedule, with classes and workshops running from 8am - 6pm each day.

    On the 1st January we will have a New Year ceremony, setting intentions together to grow the seeds of our dreams in the year ahead! The retreat will end around 9pm on Friday, 1st January 2021.

  • What do I need to bring with me on the retreat?

    We suggest you bring a notebook (or laptop/other device for journaling), towel, changes of exercise clothes (we will sweat a lot!), some people may like to bring gloves for using the exercise bars and floor, but this is not required. We have yoga mats here you can use, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
